NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF THE VANCOUVER RECITAL SOCIETY (the “Society”)
The Board of Directors of the Society hereby gives notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on February 4, 2018 at 1pm at the Vancouver Playhouse (in Salon A), for the following purposes:
- Approval of the Agenda
- Approval of the Minutes of the 2017 Annual General Meeting
- Rreceive the report from the President;
- Presentation of Financial Statements of the Society of the period ended August 31, 2017, and the auditor’s report thereon;
- Appointment of an auditor for the Society for the ensuing year;
- Election of Directors of the Society to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Society; and
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
