There have been some big changes at the VRS recently. In addition to a new website, we have a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. This is the platform where patrons can purchase tickets and make donations. Anyone who has purchased tickets or made donations to the VRS in the past will have a record in the new system. All that’s required of patrons is the creation of a new log in, which is easy.
- Click here to visit the new site. (You can also click on the ‘Get Tickets’ button on the homepage of this website).
- Click ‘LOGIN’ on the top right corner of the screen.
- If you’re new to the VRS, click Register now and complete the required fields to set up your account.
- If you’re a returning patron, click Reset here and you’ll be prompted to provide your email address (be sure to use the email address you used for your previous VRS account!). You will receive an email that will prompt you to create a new password which will then allow you to access your patron account.
Once you’re in the system you can select your concerts and choose your seats. Happy shopping!
