A mini-festival celebrating the late works of Franz Schubert. Curated by pianist Inon Barnatan, the three concerts are anchored by the late piano sonatas and include a variety of Schubert’s iconic chamber works such as the String Quintet, Schwanengesang, and the Trio in B flat. Performed by a stunning roster of musicians, many of whom are well-known to VRS audiences.
